Marissa is okay. But they are not willing to accept a credit card payment which is a particular problem for me b/c my HSA only allows me to pay by credit card. If you're fine paying by check they she's fine. But I've always found their rules to be a bit over the top and most of the time wait more than 30 min. I'm going to find someone else.
