Needs to work on patient approach when meeting someone. Getting a history, especially related to their relationship with food, should be first. And when a patient stated they've tried something but it makes them feel ill, should not continue to push it. She also needs to review budget with patient before suggesting options that they cannot afford. She may have good information, but coming off as an elitist is a terrible approach when getting to know someone. Overall would never recommend.
