ALWAYS on top of what my needs are as his patient.
I don't like a bunch of doctors, that's how things can get messed up. So my appts are thorough with Dr. Mark. I will reschedule if I can just to stay with one doctor there.

past bowel issue. resorted to asking a pharmacist about how to treat because my several calls were never answered at the office for 3 days. snappy & rude when i brought it up at next appointment, says he doesn't return phone calls. showed no concern for well being. appointments scheduled for my daughter were suppose to be for me, prescriptions not called in when told they were, unable to reach a person by phone,all recorded messages. have to drive there. long wait every time.
