Mark and Donna are wonderful. They really care about helping me hear better. The testing was very thorough, and everything was explained to me in a way that I could easily understand. I was given several options and chose the hearing aids that are best for my situation. I've had several follow up appointments since I first started to wear them, and after Mark made a few adjustments I can understand people much better than I could a few months ago. Thank you!!!
