I didn’t have a collaborative, supportive, and encouraging relationship with this provider. The appointments felt very scripted, and there was lots of interruptions and clarifying questions and not as much listening and empathy. It did not feel like there was much capacity for challenges and frustration, as if things aren’t working, that’s your decision and I can’t help you if you’re not following 100% of the rules. I felt like I was being overwhelmed with too many changes too quickly, and the provider was concerned with what I was doing wrong more than encouraging what I was doing right. I think this is an excellent provider in terms of explaining the science, but there is room for improvement for relating to the emotions and individual experiences. It was really frustrating that I didn’t trust my intuition after the first session. Your mileage may vary.

Although he was fairly competent, I was so not impressed by the experience. The biggest thing is that he does not take credit cards. When dealing with an HSA, that's your only option. As a result my account almost went to collections for a meager 176$ bill, even though I tried to get my HSA to submit a check, which they will not do. At almost 60 years old, I've never not been able to pay with a credit card ANYWHERE. The only reason that I can imagine he doesn't take them, is for more profit

I had a few appointments with Doctors in the twin cities who had suggestions to overcome my sleep problems. I did not have any success with them. I visited Dr. Rosenblum, a specialist in sleep medicine, for that same problem. He had trained at the Mayo Clinic. I has numerous appointments with him. He worked thru those sleep problems with me successfully. I am so grateful to have come across him. I have recommended him to my friends and family members. Thank you Dr. Rosenblum.
