Misdiagnosed and made it worse! They said I had whiplash and corrected my neck several times until I had such debilitating pain, I rushed to the hospital. They need to learn to refer out when they don’t know what they’re doing! Horrible! Will never go to a chiropractor again!

I should have listened to my gut and not my friend who referred me here. It immediately felt like they were trying to sell me something. They took X-rays upon intake even though it was my back that needed adjusted. They found MANY areas they felt needed adjusted and a “treatment plan”. I sustained major injuries at this office due to their adjustments on a herniated disc that should never have happened. I had to leave my job which was I lived but was physical and now work a desk job. I was too depressed to sue or pursue, as I was trying to put my life back together. I will never be the same. I have no idea how they are still in business. This is not medical treatment.

I've been going to Dr. Mark for 15 years. I started coming every month after I threw my back out in 2012. I called him on his personal cell number and he came on an emergency visit to me at 8:00 P.M. after his office had closed. I have never had that kind of service before from a doctor, his treatment gave me immediate relief. I knew after that he was not only a good doctor but a good man. Thank you Dr. Mark for helping me and many others in the community.

Dr. Mark and all of the doctors at this office performed adjustments on my neck which resulted in a herniated disc hitting my spinal cord. Prior to this getting so extreme, I told Dr Mark my neck was now hurting ... extreme... and it hadn't hurt before they said I needed adjustments. He said I needed to come MORE, and it was my fault for not following his treatment plan. Meanwhile, he was handing out roses to his women patients who were crooning over him. I am writing to the Board of Health.

Dr. Mark did not listen when I told him I was having extreme pain in my neck due to his care. He told me that's because it was healing, and I needed to come more. They ended up herniating a major disc in my neck. I had to sleep in a neck brace for 8 months. When I asked for medical records, they said they lost them. I don't know how they are still operating. Extremely negligent and unprofessional place. Don't let their "friendly" attitude be mistaken for competency.

They herniated a disc in my neck to the extreme of it pushing against my spinal cord. I vomited and collapsed from the extreme pain. I had 0 pain in my neck before I went in there (I went in for my back), but they insisted it was crooked and they would "fix" it. I had a very good physical job, and I had to quit. I can't have surgery due to risk/extent. I should have sued them and shut them down, but I was trying to survive. 3.5 years later, and my life has never been the same. Don't do it.
