Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, received an email 1/2 hour before the scheduled appointment saying there was an issue with the insurance and to "please advise" I respond asking what the issue is and if the appointment was cancelled, to which I received no response until 2 hours after our scheduled time. Wasted 2 weeks of our time and now we have to start all over on a waiting list for the next therapist, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere if professionalism and courtesy are something you desire in a healthcare professional.
