I was a patient for around two years. He seemed completely disinterested with any comment I had regarding his course of treatment for my medical issues over that time. He even instructed me to misuse medication. On one occasion I went there for depression, he immediately put me on an antipsychotic against my concerns. This medication sent me into a tailspin physically and mentally. I became suicidal and was sobbing uncontrollably on a daily basis. I called his office to report the issue. He instructed me continue taking the medication. While I was on the call I was simultaneously reading the information packet that came with the meds. The packet instructed me discontinue use immediately if I was having the same issues I just I informed him I was having. This was only one example. But there were more. As soon as I was able I changed doctors.

Mark "Alex" Stinson has been an amazing provider over the last few years since Dr. Mathison left the area. He has truly been amazing and I was disappointed to learn he is no longer with the practice. He would take the time to visit with patients, understand the needs, and work to find solutions. One of the best...

I witnessed his staff become aggressive with my very ill mother over the phone. My mother’s blood sugar was in the 400/500s and she couldn’t get into her endocrinologist (she was referred and her initial appointment was canceled Due to covid). I told her to call “Dr” Stinson because the fast acting insulin wasn’t working and the insulin that had helped before needed a preauthorization for her insurance to cover some of the cost. My mother automatically became nervous and told me that they wouldn’t help her. I called the office myself and was told they would call back after they spoke to Stinson. When one of the staff called back she told my mother there was nothing they could do and my mother tried explaining her situation and the female on the phone got extremely aggressive with her. I am extremely upset that I trusted these people with my very sick mother. I feel awful that she feels like a burden to these people when she really just doesn’t feel well. Shame on Stinson and his staff
