I started my counseling at a point in my life that living was getting harder and harder to do. I was thinking of ending it all and was scared to death. I was stuck in my home and unable to handle even small tasks due to my depression. I spent every waking moment on the internet playing Bingo so that I wouldn't have to deal with daily life. Since seeing Markeena on a weekly basis. I am starting to return to life. I have not been on this computer for two weeks! I no longer feel all alone.
