Rude and unprofessional. Gave me the wrong script and wasted my time. I will not return

Dr. Hrgovic is wonderful, I have been seeing him for years. However his staff is very unprofessional and the gal at the front desk caused them to loose our families business. She scheduled us on the wrong date and when I tried to get the appointment corrected was told they didn’t have any appointments available on the desired date for our insurance. Her inability to correct her mistake lost our business. It has been way too hard to get an appointment and this was the last straw.

Absolutely Unacceptable. VA set up a consult to have eyes examined. Received a prescription from Dr Hrgovic, took that to have eye glasses made, could see OK out of right eye, left eye was better without glasses than with glasses. Set up a appointment to be rechecked, I showed up 15 min late, was told needed to reschedule, Just drove back over to his office, told it's been six months, there will probably be a charge for it. You never did it correct in the first place, now you want to charge for a retest, after waisting my time with you the first time , having glasses made that don't work, and then receiving attitude from your secretary when I questioned being charged a second time . Highly disappointed and total not recommended.
