I recently met this woman and she was an absolute maniac. Judgemental and criticizing, very angry, and bullies those she perceives may participate in any form of consuming drugs or alcohol even when they do not have addiction issues. Clearly she still has work on herself before she can truly be a compassionate, unbiased servant to others to have any lasting effect on her work.
