October 30th My first visit at Women’s Healthcare Group, I had an appointment for pain and I was checked in and waited an 1hr for her to see me. After waiting an hr I answered many questions the nurse asks which is understandable due to being a new patient but then a student came in and ask the same questions. PA Goff finally comes in 20 mins after the student leaves the room she ask questions did a brief check on my stomach and told the student we are going to do a swab. The PA then noticed something in the room that wasn’t to her liking the stated “this is the last time this is being placed in the rooms incorrectly and I am going to report it” then storms out of the room leaving the student to do the swab. No thank you for coming. No bye no follow up information on next steps. This PA is very unprofessional. My follow up visit was on Nov 19th, my appointment was at 2pm I arrived at 212, she denied my visit and told the receptionist I need to reschedule. My last visit I waiting an hour and 20mins and arriving 2 mins after my grace was unacceptable. Very poor customer service
