Phone visits are every 3 months and last 5 minutes, hardly enough time to adequately assess psychiatric needs and practice safely. I’m sure her documentation doesn’t accurately reflect an actual “visit”. She lacks empathy, patience, and judgement; three characteristics that one expects from a nurse writing prescriptions. Find someone else.

Not a good provider . Uncaring. Does not give a person the time of day.rude. ? Board certified. Does not even comply with seeing her patient online to assess any problems ; against national standards . Uses phone only for most all visit . Has noise in background during appointment . Unprofessional and does not meet standards of care . She barely does the minimum for care . Would rather inconvenience a patient than be knowledgeable about insurances . Unprofessional In therapeutic interactions… non therapeutic . Someone in authority should evaluate the care she provides .

Highly unprofessional. After arriving late to a telehealth appointment she absent mindedly talked over the phone while babysitting. After throwing a few insults she ended the session early.

Miss her here in CT. I always was confident in her decisions, my care was top notch!

I saw Marlene many years ago... after reflecting about her care and what I went through. I am confident in saying that Marlene does not give good patient care. She was very, very rude and I will never forget the anger that I felt towards this women.

DO NOT see for ADD/ADHD. My therapist moved so I found Marlene. KNOWING that I had ADD, depression, & that I STRUGGLE w/motivation, time mngmnt & being on time, she harshly commented on my lateness, asking WHY was I late, WHY is this a problem, & expected me to be on time. I never expected her to adjust her schedule b/c of my tardiness. If I was late I'd lose time w/her for the appt. She took it personal, was not empathetic.
