Lacks interpersonal relationship skills. She first invalidated my experience of mental illness before begrudgingly prescribing me what I needed. She did end up giving me what I needed, which is something. But she did not build trust between us and felt like she was reading off a script all the time. She also made me uncomfortable and feel bad after our meetings and asked me very personal things without building the relationship first, said things bluntly without the sensitivity necessary talking to people who may be triggered by talking about that kind of thing. And was cold and unhelpful when I asked her for help on things, from figuring out insurance to drug interactions. I very much did not have a good experience and am upset. Shouldn't be this hard to find the medication I need without dreading our appointments or being triggered and uncomfortable.
