Marlo was perhaps the best provider I've seen at Froedtert in a long time. She was thorough, listened and asked many questions, checked out whether her understanding was correct, and carefully explained her proposed plan of care. Through it all, she was very caring and personable. She was totally patient-centered, and practical in her approach. Not only that, but to my great surprise, she called in a couple days to see how I was feeling. THAT is true caring about a patient! Amazing!
