I can't recommend Marsha Gross highly enough. Before I was pregnant, I saw her for my annual visits. Now she is helping me through my pregnancy. Marsha is the most calming, reassuring medical professional I have ever had treat me, even in some pretty compromising positions! She bases her opinions on current research and years of experience.
