Marta is a wonderful counselor that doesn't just listen but hears. She possesses an amazing quality of assisting you through your journey through metaphors that hit just the right point. Through talk therapy she has helped me gain a better self awareness into my repetitive behaviors as well as introduce the tools to help MYSELF combat them. If you want to work and participate, she will help you with your mental health.
