My favorite thing about Ms. Vickers is that she works very well with my elementary-aged children. She speaks directly to them to assess their concerns and give them directions on how to care for themselves. It really makes a difference to have those suggestions come from the professional and not the parent. Ms. Vickers has been our family's PCM for 4+ years, and we have always been happy with her responsiveness and concern. Her nurse is also fantastic. Highly recommend.
