Very easy to talk to, kind and compassionate. She's detailed orientated, follows up and is usually pretty easy to get into see. I've been seeing her for nine years and am very happy with her.

Mary made mistake after mistake over the course of weeks ultimately resulting in me having to spend hours on the phone with after hours nurses one night just trying to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy. I ended up having to pay $50 for a 14 day supply when I normally spend $30 on a 3 month supply. I literally paid for the mistakes that Mary and the office staff made.

I find Ms. Akers to be very easy to communicate with. She actually listens to me, which seems to me to be a rare quality in Medicine these days. I highly recommend her.
