punctuality could be better
30 minutes to be taken back to a room, another 30 minutes to see the provider is excessive. Otherwise, appt went well & she is very pleasant.

Very personable and thorough.
Maryann was very efficient and thorough. I had not been for an appointment for a number of years so I had some concerns. I would highly recommend Mary Ann Straley
I have seen Mary Ann for both an annual dermatology appointment and most recently, for cosmetic medspa treatments. She was very professional and listened to my questions, answering them thoughtfully. I'm very pleased with the results of my treatment from a few days ago. Also, she took careful consideration of my budget when it came to her suggestions.
