They have never called me with the results of my MRI from months ago, I was constantly having to keep on them multiple times to refill prescriptions, and the last time they never did send it in, that's when I finally moved everything to my new doctor, she diagnosed me with something without running any tests at all to rule out other issues that cause the same symptoms, now I got a new doctor which is actually digging into my issues more and it's looking extremely likely that I do not have what she claimed I have, glad I got a new doctor, and this one actually gets my prescriptions filled on time, but hoping I can get off of them when the possible real reason for my symptoms is cleared up. Do not recommend this clinic at all.

She rushed the appointment and was condescending and rude. I left very upset and feeling hopeless about my condition. Would not recommend.

I was prescribed 2 different anti-depressants/anxiety medications. I was not given no more than 1 month supply of Meds & had to call every month to get refills through Kooglers office. This month Rite Aid contacted them to get my refill & it took me calling them over a week later asking why it had not been filled yet to get it filled. So I went for 2 days without it which caused me to have side effects that were very uncomfortable. I have been waiting a week for test results & no return calls.
