At first it was good, then the staff got snobby. A previous staff member stole records. I was put on some meds for my diabetes and it effected my health worse to the point now I have memory problems where I did not before. I told them for months I was having bad reactions to the medicine and they would say break it up in small pieces and take it with food. I did everything they told me and nothing helped. They asked me who told me to do that and I said you all here did. That medicine took me in a dark place mentally and I wont list all the health issues I has with it, but it was really bad. Again I do not remember like I use to due to all of that. I am super glad the location in Gun Barrel City by Lowe's is closed.

Terrible experience. Will not return myself or any family members to this office. Unnecessary tests ordered, test orders filled out incompletely and re-requested 3 times, paperwork filled out in a very untimely manner, and did not do anything of any actual help. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

Mary Moody is an angel ??! She is willing to spend time to hear what you have to say. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate about her work. She always has a smile and kind words. She is a Godsend to our Servicemen and women!! I TOTALLY recommend her AND her assistants. All the people in her office are really sweet.

Mary Moody is amazing. Her nursing staff is also amazing. Her office staff is horrible demeaning and rude. My daughter was sick and I was self pay and was given a price for the office visit and I agreed to that price and was told a strep test would be additional and I also agreed. My daughter was in bad shape, 102 fever and could not swallow. The office manager came in and said she needed $230.00 to finish the appointment. i left humiliated and took her to the ER where she was admitted.

Mary is an amazing provider! She goes above and beyond for her patients and I will always refer who I can to her. If you want top notch care at an affordable price, this is the place and the person to see!

One of the caring and considerate medical providers in the area. She is a true asset here and has helped my entire family and many friends. Everyone in town is talking about how great she and her staff are. The office is the most beautiful I have been in and her staff are courteous and kind. This is the kind of office you don't find in this area.

After the very brief visit I had with her, she did not meet my emotional need she did not seem to care of my mental wellness or the fact that my blood work showed some kind of infection, she never returned a phone call that was promised , she never sent off for my records from my last dr. instead making me feel judged by her without her really knowing a thing about me. She is obviously in my eyes quick to judge without investigating and establishing a relationship with a patient. Bad PR
