AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS! I wouldn't even give her one star. She was rude and arrogant. She already had my treatment decided when she entered the room and would not take my opinion into consideration. She accused the hospital imaging department of doing a terrible job and being incompetent. She stated she could do a better job at doing images than the radiology staff. She contradicted herself the entire visit and then again in the office note. She gave me a treatment plan that is not even relevant to my situation. She did not review my chart at all. She did not even show me my imaging results. Nothing has been sent to my primary doctor as requested. She is the worst provider I have ever seen.

Very rude and arrogant. Acts as if you're annoying her by being there. Don't care to go back to her ever.

She does not review medical records. She does not listen to what you say.

She has an attitude and does not remember who you are. Saw her 4 times in 8 weeks. I did have a RTHR- surgery so I expect the provider to at least temporarily remember who you are after going under for surgery. She also does not review your medical history.

She has an attitude. She is argumentative. I spoke up about prior health conditions that I’ve lived with for over 50 years and she started to tell me that I could do things that I know I can’t do. For example I told her I can’t sit on a table and fall straight backwards because my spine is fused. She got on the table and showed me that I could but her spine went down vertebrae by vertebrae and she caught her self with her elbows. That’s exactly what I can’t do. She doesn’t listen to the patients and I’ve had other encounters where she’s rude. Seen her multiple times and she never remembers your name or who you are. You ask her about it and she says I see hundreds of people a week. Young, rude, incompetent.

I have seen Mary for follow-up care regarding my recent hip surgery I had back in November. She is kind, very knowledgeable and she listens to all your concerns. I trust the treatment decisions that have been made on my behalf. I feel great knowing my care is in her hands. I highly recommend her and the team at SOS- they are so worth it! :)
