MaryAnn was assigned to my ex and I as a parent facilitator. After three sessions with her, I totally agree that she is a waste of time and money. She is NOT neutral and during 2-hour sessions is unable to provide structure and guidance needed to have a productive session with any resolution. She is much too busy during the sessions trying to take notes, which by the end of the session are incomplete and do not reflect the nature of the discussions that occurred in the session. She definitely wants to draw out the process of parent facilitation as long as she can for the money only. I agree, she made things more difficult with my ex.

"Neutral" is not a word I would ever use with Maryann. She is not nearly as smart as she thinks she is, and things actually deteriorated much fasted with the other party because of her inability to control the meetings. She is unprofessional and is out of touch with reality. She is a complete waste of time and money.

Inaccurate info and facts, doesn’t follow thru on recommendations she states to parties and lawyers that she will address in custody evaluation. Feeds into narcissistic behaviors to avoid conflict and repercussions for herself. Does not advocate or listen to the children or the children’s therapist, pediatrician, and other third parties. Very inconsistent and damaging to families.

Maryann Kildebeck lies in her reports. She leaves out facts and speculates often. She determines in a single 2 hour supervised visit if children are safe to be unsupervised with an abusive parent.

Maryann Kildebeck had my husband and I in the same room even though there is an active protection order in place. She met my husband alone for a visit before he had a supervised visit with the kids. She is not a neutral party. She rolled her eyes at me and scoffed at me. The only thing professional about her is her title.

TERRIBLE! During our sessions she spent more time typing everything than really finding resolutions to issues. She would have private therapy sessions with my ex-husband, separate from our co-sessions. Instead of working on current issues, she let our sessions topics be determined by my ex husband and it was all about issues from 13 plus years ago. In five sessions, we solved nothing! She would make committements in our sessions to speak with our child's therapist, but never followed through.

she was hired as a neutral counselor in my collaborative divorce and was unable to be anything but neutral. she was unable to sympathize with my account of my covertly narcisstic sociopaths behavior. in fact she triangulated me in cahoots with my ex and she reinforced his dysfunctional behavior and negatively impacted the outcome of my divorce. she evidently has no training with codependency and narcissists relationships which quite frankly, there's a lot for her to learn.
