The visit was short, she was quick to brush off my concerns saying that it was a condition which did not even match the symptoms of, then told me there was nothing they could do about it. I was uncomfortable the entire time as someone else was in the room with the Dr. who i was not ever introduced to, sitting at a table typing the whole time. It didn’t feel like a very welcoming setting once i was in the room with them. When my medical information and conditions are being discussed, i think it would be the most basic form of professionalism to make sure I am at least introduced to the unknown party silently huddling at the table tapping on the computer.
