VERY knowledgeable and kind!
I was TERRIFIED of going to a chiropractor. I’ve never been to one EVER before coming here. I’ve seen so many horror videos online I was tempted to cancel my first appointment… but I’m glad I didn’t because it was AMAZING. The two women who work the front desk are so very kind, patient and helpful. Dr.Cook who does my alignments is very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain every little thing to me because I was nervous. I ended up going back about 3-4 more times after my first appointment and actually looked forward to the appointments. The two massage machines feel AMAZING. I come out feeling so relaxed and healthy.

Dr Cook is the best chiropractor around. He has not only helped me physically but mentally too. He takes the time to see how you are feeling and just talks to you on anything you want to talk about. He always has a smile along with the whole office. I would totally recommend them. Genesis Medical is lucky to have such friendly professionals. Others need to take a lesson from them.
