Matt has been great. He always listens and makes great suggestions on nest course of action. He had been a great asset to my overall health! Also I have never had problems with the office staff as others have noted. I usually do have to leave a message but I am calling generally in off hours. They call back the next day or call in prescription refills immediately.

Seeing the doctor for about a year and still refuses to meet for my medication appointments. Recently raised prices and stopped taking cards as payments. They must have made some others angry I'm guessing, because the door is always locked and you have to leave a message when calling.

I love Matthew Declouet. However, he needs to hire more help at the front desk. EVERY TIME I call, I am put on hold for at least 10 minutes. It’s usually longer. Psych patients have anxiety and mental issues which need to be dealt with in a timely manner
