Matthew Donner, RPT

I am 62 and played rugby until I was 40. I lead a contact driven life. I have been through Physical Therapy in 6 countries over 40 years. My wife is a Physical therapy assistant. This is NOT my first Rodeo. I checked the south Florida area for a real effective PT facility. Lots of disappointments. I found Matt Donner. I was recovering from bicep reattachment and rotator cuff rebuild. They followed the Dr.s orders to a tee. Matt and members of his team worked on me for 4 months. Awesome results. The patients are very Performance recovery driven folks. This creates a air of positive minded care. You will finish better than before your injury/surgery. I know I'm better condition overall and so were many of the other patients. Matt is a very personable and open conversationalist. If you do not want a environment where folks are enjoying their time in therapy. Don't come. I recommend Donner to others and so does my surgeon. I am back now for the other shoulder. Great Place.

1. Nobody at Donner PT wears a mask including Matt Donner & when I was a patient it was the peak of the Covid 19 Delta variant. I should not have gone back after my first session based on this alone. 2. Matt Donner never closes his mouth. He is constantly talking about personal things like beer drinking with his wife & friends; football etc. etc. Matt should focus more on his clients instead of spending so much time talking about subjects not related to physical therapy. On my 6th appointment, I was on time for my appointment and waited 30 minutes for someone to open the door for me to begin my session. Instead of opening the door, Matt was talking about tons of personal stuff – nothing related to physical therapy. I heard it all right through the door between the waiting room and the PT area. I walked out & received a refund. 3. Matt Donner barely helps patients. Most of the help is provided by interns that are NOT licensed. I want to write more but HG limits the # of characters.
