Amazing Therapist
Telehealth
Matt has been incredibly helpful on my journey through therapy. I was a bit nervous going into my first session but he made me feel comfortable to take things at my own pace and really showed empathy and support while working through some tough issues. He is very down to earth and has really helped me open up and work on things I have struggled with for years. I could not recommend him more - an amazing therapist !

Very Disappointing
We chose Matthew as a counselor for our daughter suffering with anxiety and unfortunately it was not a positive experience. Sessions scheduled for 30-60 minutes were ended in 10 minutes, as he didn't seem to put the effort into bringing anything into the sessions. He'd ask how things are going and rely on our teenager to spark conversation, which doesn't work well with anxious teenagers. We had high hopes but were very disappointed.
