Surpasses every expectation on every level!
He is kind, humble, compassionate, supportive, he listens to the patient and their family members while showing each party respect, empathy, and sympathy. He is void of arrogance, he is never condescending, if he isn’t sure of an answer he is honest about it. He doesn’t just leave it at that, but looks into it further and follows up with the patient in a timely manner, as to what conclusion was reached. He is attentive, responds to questions in MyChart, he never shows frustration or annoyance (and I am a great tester of one’s patience). He is professional, soft spoken, knowledgeable, efficient, and makes the patient & family members feel at ease. I have a tendency to always go back home to Boston for any medical care or advice outside of annual wellness visits; however, I have full confidence in his opinions & expertise. It is a huge relief to know my mom has a medical provider who is in her corner, and focuses on her overall health, well being, and quality of life as a top priority.
