I feel very comfortable talking with him. I like how thorough he is in getting all pertinent information before making decisions. He's very careful, offers suggestions for different approaches, and will ask additional questions if he feels my way of thinking or feeling could contribute to a problem, but never in an offensive manner. He doesn't ignore or pass up opportunities to help, such as when he hears a cue word such as 'anxiety' or 'sad'. I like him compared to other mental health caregivers I've seen before. He has a way about him that you feel you are in good hands. He's very smart and very personable. I get the feeling from him that this is more than a job. He cares to help people and acts confident that he can. Like he's driven to help. That's really important to me. He's not there just to make money. I feel the same way about my family and friends and I can pick that up from him.
