Unprofessional lack of concern for pt in pain.
He was nasty and short on the phone. Wouldn’t return calls. Was to call in post op pain meds and never did. When confronted as to why the meds weren’t called in he said HE FORGOT. When I confronted him about other negligence on his part he said I’ll call in more meds and he hung up on me. Extremely careless. I would absolutely never recommend him. The Dr was great Mathew was horrible. I can’t believe he’s even in health care with his un caring don’t give a crap un sympathetic attitude. I have to have another surgery and it scares me to have him in my surgery room. I will be speaking with the Dr about the repeated incidents. He deserves ZERO stars but I had to give one very unwillingly. Starr clear of this PA… incompetent… This is my exact experience with him.
