Mr. Stodoilsky. I have been your client before. I called today and made an appointment with you through your receptionist for 5:00 PM. When I got there after half an hour driving in the rush hour, your were not in the office, another gentleman was going to treat me . I was surprised to find out that for the first evaluation I have been referred to someone else. When I asked why was I not told that you were not in the office at 5:00 PM he said he was sorry and the receptionist had made the appointment. At this time the receptionist walked in, and when I asked him the question he said I did not tell him that I needed the appointment with you. I said that I already told him that I was your patient when making the appointment, he raised his voice and said you don't keep my chart in the office. He rudely indicated with raised voice that if I want to see you it takes 3 to 4 weeks. As I was walking to go outside he yelled WHATEVER!! I will definitely not go to you and DO NOT recommend you.
