I started using Matthew as a therapist about 6 months ago. From my initial phone contact I felt comfortable with him. You can tell he really cares about his clients and that it is not “just a job” to him. My previous experience with a couple of therapists were horrible, this is a completely different experience and the results I am seeing with my own growth as a result of his insight, advice and challenges are phenomenal. I highly recommend him.

Had several sessions with Matt. The experience was awful and uncomfortable. His style which he touts is "different than other therapists", was confrontational and unprofessional. When ask if we could try other approaches or techniques, he said no, that we needed to trust his process (which wasn't working for us). He played mind games with me and belittled my husband. He caused me to be upset during and after the sessions, not by my life issues, but because of how awful the sessions were.
