Mo is kindness personified. She employs an accepting, non-judgmental staff and maintains a calm, soothing environment. Solutions in Living offered in-depth personal counseling and group counseling in a variety of modalities. I felt cared for, and that is very important during an unsettled time in my life.

I came to Maureen in a state of crisis nearly one year ago. She was very kind and understanding and made me feel at ease right away. She was able to determine quickly what was needed immediately as well as longer term goals. I completed IOP alongside my therapy with Maureen. Throughout this journey, I felt very safe as well as hopeful that I would come all the way back, and beyond through weekly therapy sessions and practice in between. Thank you, Maureen for giving me my life back!

She is the only professional I feel has truly helped me through my trauma. She is open-minded, sincere, and never makes you feel judged. Working with her for roughly two years has done more for my emotional health than anything I've done in the past ten years combined. She doesn't aggressively push you to seek medication unless you want to or until you are ready. When I decided I'd like to combine medicine with my existing treatment for depression she was wonderful. I recommend her completely.
