Maurya is caring and compassionate. She is very easy to talk to and supportive. She also has a sense of humor. I found that she was able to lift my sprits every visit. I struggle with anxiety and her consistent and friendly demeanor helped me feel more steady. It was a very valuable relationship to me because it made me feel more accepting and in control of negative thoughts.

I saw Maurya for several years. I have PTSD. Maurya proved over and over again to be an insightful, compassionate and caring therapist who has the wonderful ability to say even difficult things in a loving way. She was critical support for me. She is also prompt and professional. I never had to wait to see her.

Maurya is one of the finest mental health professionals I have ever met. She has been instrumental in helping me cope with severe depression and anxiety, frequently leading me to insights that I can incorporate into my daily life. She is extraordinarily compassionate and kind, yet still effectively challenges me to pursue my goals. I have experienced substantial growth and improvement under her care.
