Maverick Zamora, MS CCC-SLP

My 6yr old son has had nasal emission and difficulty pronouncing his sh and ch sounds since he started talking. After several visits with other speech therapists and ENTs we landed with Maverick. I appreciated how patient and positive Maverick was with my son, who wasn’t always excited to be going to speech therapy. He also did a great job explaining to me what we were working on each week and what exercises I could work on with my son at home to help him progress. After a little over a month of weekly visits, my son had a major breakthrough. We continued to see Maverick at widening intervals until my son “graduated” from his treatment after about 4 months. I am so proud of my son for the incredible progress he has made and know we could not have done it without Maverick’s help. He is a very capable and dedicated speech therapist.

I have been participating in telehealth speech therapy with Mr. Zamora for a few months now and have been extremely satisifed with his services. I have been dealing with voice issues my whole life and it has always been a source of insecurity for me. Mr. Zamora taught me many strategies and exercises to help improve the quality of my voice, which have been very beneficial. Not only does he approach therapy in a professional manner, but he also has a way of effectively building rapport by making you feel comfortable with his friendly demeanor. He intently listened to my concerns and what I wanted from therapy and tailored the services to fit my needs and expectations. I have much more confidence in my voice now and have gained a lot more control over it, which I am immensely happy about! Mr. Zamora is exceptionally knowledgeable and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking speech services!
