Real Results

Amazing Therpist
Mayya has been incredible with my son. She knows how to get to the heart of the matter and help your child navigate thru the issues. It’s not a complaining session. The sessions are getting to the heart of the matter. I am very grateful that I have found her and So is my child.

Mayya’s office has beautiful decor and a serene atmosphere. The space matches Mayya’s calm demeanor. I find Mayya easy to connect with and talk to. She makes you feel heard and validated. I would absolutely recommend Mayya.

So Mayya is not your typical “let me talk for an hour and leave” type of therapist. Mayya is honestly a gift. Mayya is very attentive and focused on helping achieve goals both long and short term goals. She takes the time to analyze your strong point and weak points to help better improve yourself. He has helped me overcome childhood trauma in a safe and welcoming environment. So happy that I found mayya !

Amazing Therapist
I’ve been to many therapists in my life but Mayya was truly a different experience than the others. I felt so comfortable with her and like someone finally understood me. She helped me grow so much as a person and feel able to accomplish more in life than I ever expected. She changed my life path forever and I’m more than grateful for her

Mayya treated me for my depression. She was very thorough and took her time to make sure that we made progress in each session. I felt like she was very invested in my mental health, she was my biggest source of support during this difficult time. Her level of expertise in psychology is top notch.

This was the first therapist who was actually able to resolve my anxiety. I wish I met her sooner, and I highly recommend her if you prefer a very “real” straightforward approach. She gives results and says it how it is.
