McKenna is truly gifted! I've had other physical therapy experiences, but none that compare to her approach. The setting of her office is lovely and inviting from the second you enter, creating a welcome environment that puts you at ease immediately. Her technique was gentle yet surprisingly powerful - I felt relief immediately and the benefits from our session continue to unfold even days after. My body has been holding onto a lot from a traumatic birth almost three years ago, and is sensitive to others' touch - but McKenna is a total professional and super gentle, allowing me to fully relax and receive. Just our first session together opened up new pathways to healing. I cannot say enough good things - just trust the process and go! I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone I know. Thank you, McKenna!
