Understanding and Personable
Meagan has helped me with a variety of things from anxiety to depression to my periodic inability to shut my mind off in order to sleep. She's funny, down to earth and effective. I don't feel judged by her, I feel safe opening up with her, and her tips and advice have helped me improve my handling of my depression and anxiety. I've met with her in person and done phone sessions a few times as well. I highly recommend her!
