Forgetful, Incompetent, careless
Having a broken bone was bad enough. Ms Allmendinger ensured that I was on UAB Patient Portal daily... begging for information, forms, assistance, names of bones that were broken. As a last resort, exhausting all other options, I mention the State Board Grievance and she refused to see me, treat me, ensure a timely transfer of files to a new doctor. She has made this nightmare... even worse. UAB Highland was the campus of choice for all needs. Not Anymore!
