This was my first visit with Megan Pratt. I found her to be highly professional and cordial, plus very knowledgeable regarding my healthcare issues. She wasn’t at all, in a rush, with me and she covered all of my concerns. I had one particular issue, which was rather critical to me. She told me that she would find an answer and she called early that evening
with a recommendation. It was something that I had spent weeks on, trying to get an answer
and she provided it for me!
As someone that lives in elevated pain every day, having had 19 spinal related surgeries, I need a team of healthcare professionals
around me and Megan is a welcomed member, to my team.
