Megan Stephens, FNP

Megan was through, but rushed through my appointment as if on speed. It felt frenzied and rushed. She ordered a myriad of tests, and had nearly zero follow up. When I saw my results had come in and it was a Fri I reached out that afternoon to seek out what the results were in order to have answers for the weekend. Megan didn't bother to respond or look at the results until Monday. and thus I spent the weekend in pain and in the dark and no medication was called in until Monday. I was not given ANY input, any insight or instructions. Just that an RX was being called in. I asked follow up questions all of which were totally ignored only to find a WEEK later, there was FINALLY a response and not from her, but her support staff and they basically told me I asked a lot of questions and would need a follow up appointment. So she didn't advise me whether to continue certain medications or not, nor provide me ANY info on diet, and didn't bother to respond to ANY of my questions.

Megan is caring, thorough, and positive. It was the first time I had met her and she made me feel comfortable. I've worked with other Drs in the practice who are very good. I plan to use Megan as my primary point-of-contact going forward!

There is nothing more frustrating than having a condition like IBS and trying just about everything with no resolution. She listened, gave me new alternatives and set out a plan of resolution. I felt so relieved when I left and so hopeful.

I would definitely recommend Megan Stephens. She listened, quickly identified what my Mayo Clinic research had suggested and gave me a diagnosis of my 6 year old problem with a complete explanation of why I was having these symptoms. She agreed to order a medication that hopefully will stop the diarrhea and told me that because I have two causes that she will follow my progress and continue to assess my response to the meds. I left the office a VERY happy camper. I finally had a reason for this debilitating diarrhea . I am very grateful for her professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you.

Megan Stevens, PA is an incredibly knowledgeable practitioner. She has a great sense of humor & establishes a warm atmosphere immediately, all the while showing compassion for my health concerns & addressing it all without missing a beat.
