I was so pleased with my experience with Melanie that I felt the need to write a review. She is fantastic! She asked me about myself and was interested in the responses. She even remembered them months later! She didn't try to rush the appointment and I felt like she cared about me as a person rather than just another patient. I was also pleased that she took my pain seriously, where many male clinicians have dismissed it. During our final appointment the smoke alarm went off, and she worked quickly to make sure I had my procedure finished, maintained my privacy as people tried to enter our room, escorted me out during the evacuation to make sure I didn't faint afterwards, and called me a few minutes later with all the follow up instructions she would have given me if we had not been interrupted. Such a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!
