Ms Gates kept stalling diagnoses without referals.
She repeatedly told a patient, to the effect of, "oh, let's give it more time" and those repeated attitudes continue even after the patient had been taken to a local Hospital's Emergency Department THREE SEPARATE DATES with symptoms of 7 to 8 Scale Pain, diagnosed as heart or pulmonary issues. I get the feeling thatl she either does not know symptomology or she automatically thinks a 78 year old patient, with heart issues, is going to expire soon anyway, so she just uses Placation until the patient does actually succumbs. She needs a COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW VERY SOON !!! (and a Clinician to Patient Course in Guidance).
