Outstanding health care professional
Melissa Ferrari was professional, thorough, approachable and great communicator. She had reviewed my records before coming to the exam room (she did her homework!), something my experience tells me is rare these days. She asks clear and concise questions, takes notes and pays attention to the conversation (she's not simply going through the checklist in a routine manner). Her answers to my questions were clear and easily understood. Instills confidence and genuine care. I highly recommend!
