As a disabled, non binary, queer person of color, I faced repeated ridicule by this therapist on all my protected classes. A most unethical and unprofessional display which included sexual harassment and name calling.

Always cancelled my appointment
On average when I went to visit, Melissa or appointment would be approximately 20 minutes. I drove all the way from Southboro 35 minutes in traffic and she canceled my appointment one time when I got the Waltham.

  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Appointment was rushed
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
