I had been suffering with issues with my hands for a while from a work related injury. Melissa had me get an EMG, when that showed no nerve damage, she immediately tried to put me back to my normal workload and get me off worker's comp. There were no treatment options she offered, it really seems like she just wants to check for surgery. It might have been because I was worker's comp case but that's still really crummy.

She is awesome! Takes time to explain what the issue is and treatment options. She is very professional and very nice! She makes sure you have what you need before you leave the office. I wouldn’t use any other PA.

It would be difficult to assess Melissa's competency based on her hurried and dismissive treatment of my complete achilles rupture. She clearly is not aware of state of the art treatment (percutaneous surgery) and was largely indifferent to my concerns about returning to full participation in sports activity. She made no attempt to get e in to see an actual physician and in fact blocked my efforts. I am considering legal remedy.
