Excellent. Melissa is very personable and thoroughly explained the excision process of a basal cell carcinoma as she performed the surgery. Highly recommend.

Basil cell facial excision.
Melissa’s overall demeanor was great. Both professional, confident and compassionate. She assisted Dr. J for my procedure. I would have been in very comfortable had Melissa been my sole practitioner. Surgery had a very good outcome Melissa listened intently, and answered my questions completely and proficiently. Would highly recommend.RJW.

Visit was fine. Not happy at all with how the process was handled from Dr. Iler to the surgery. It was not clear how large the amount was to be removed. If Dr Iler had said she could remove mole at time she suspected it was pre cancer and explained clearly how large the surgical removal was based on my history I would have accepted the risk that all cells were removed from Dr Iler. As far as I am concerned the process is a scam to get more revenue and to protect the Dr. It was also never explained how long recovery process was until a few minutes before the surgery. If my travel plans hadn’t changed at the last minute I probably would have refused to have procedure done at that time.

I want to see Melissa for a torn bicep muscle she immediately diagnose the problem and was able to schedule my MRI and my meeting with dr. Burns she was professional and caring with all my follow-up appointment so I highly recommend her.
