Melissa Lesaar, FNP-C

Melissa is top notch!! She was the only reason I stayed with doc Ranson as she was the only person in the building that seemed to actually care. Always listened, answered questions and never made me feel rushed... 10/10 would recommend.

Melissa is awesome. I have been seeing her for a few years now. Melissa is the one doctor that I have that never makes me feel rushed.

I have been a patient of Melissa's for over 4 years! She has always been AMAZING. Melissa takes the time to listen to me and I never feel rushed like most places make you feel anymore, this mean a lot to me as a patient. If I have a question, she will always return my call in a timely manner. I am very claustrophobic and the last time I needed an MRI she was so patient and understanding. She really helped me get thru it.

I had my follow up with Melissa LeSaar today. She was in the room in less than 5 minutes. Looked over my records to make sure she was up to date on my treatment. She was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable with her assessing the next step with my care. She explained thoroughly what she was stating in my file so that Dr. Ranson could continue with my next treatment.

I have been a patient in Matthew Ranson's practice for over 4 years. As another reviewer stated, the previous NP, Chad Dance, was compassionate, listened to my concerns and addressed them. Melissa Lesaar talks over me, and when I attempt to ask a question she shuts me down like I'm an idiot. At my last appointment I tried to ask a question about a very serious condition. My concern was legitimate. It was a "yes" or "no" answer. She replied by stating "there is too much going on here". She either doesn't want to be bothered or simply doesn't care, or both. Recently, a terrible error in my care occurred. I believe the error started with Melissa Lesaar, but she would not admit it, nor apologize. I usually have to wait 30-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to see her, and then she spends, at most, 5 minutes in the room with me. My insurance company is always billed for a long visit, which seems dishonest. She is the opposite of an asset to Dr. Ranson's practice.

Very unprofessional and condescending. Belittles me as a patient as well as her front staff. I can hear her sit and talk about her patients to them in such a derogatory way. I don't know why she is in patient care to begin with. See any other provider but her.
